The newly discovered being, referred to as Kitt Heinous, is the hybrid progeny of an unknown fish species and an unknown cat species. The result is an entirely new species called the Fish-Cat, a mostly feline creature with fish-like features.

It is unknown if the amalgamation is a human-made entity or an unlikely but natural result of hybridization in the wild.

Its place of origin is also unknown.
